JOB TITLE: Pressure Washing Technician
Pro Exterior Wash Plus, Northern Virginias leading, veteran-owned exterior pressure washing company, is adding to its team. We are seeking a dependable, hard-working field technician to join our team. Our standard of excellence in customer service is unsurpassed. To meet the high demand for our residential and commercial pressure washing services, we are looking to add one or two technicians.
We provide company jerseys upon completion of training.
We offer competitive hourly wages, tip share, performance bonuses, and sales bonuses.
There is an opportunity for promotion to lead technician with additional compensation.
DUTIES
- Operate our state-of-the-art, truck-mounted pressure washing system to soft wash or pressure wash outdoor surfaces at residential and commercial job sites.
- Follow wash procedures in accordance with standard procedures and service checklists.
- Perform basic, routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct general inspections of exterior surfaces to identify potential problem areas.
- Maintain accurate records of working hours, maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and communications.
- Provide technical support to staff and assist in training new employees on equipment usage.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing all tasks.
- Handle communication with property owners throughout each service call.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid Drivers License with clear driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Familiarity with various tools, equipment, and technologies relevant to the industry.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $17 – 25 per hour (Paid Weekly)
